Wine Dinner with Rudi Dietz & Yquem Viehhauser, Cellarmaster at Huber Family Winery in Malterdingen, Baden, Germany.

Over the last 40 years Rudi has created an extraordinary cellar at Stuyvesant’s House. Today it houses around 4,500 individual wines, well beyond the comprehension of most mere mortals. Amongst Rudi’s favourites are the wonderful wines of Huber.

Stuyvesant’s House has enjoyed a long friendship with Huber and was the first Australian importer. This dinner will be a celebration of Huber Spätburgunder/Pinot Noir. All wines featured have aged gracefully in the Stuyvesant’s cellar and will be matched expertly to a specially prepared menu.

Yquem Viehhauser, the Cellarmaster at the Huber Family Winery in Malterdingen, Baden, Germany, is the special guest.
